Dog friendly places - Fonyód

The first dog friendly beach at the lake Balaton!

On June 1, 2016, Balaton's first dog-friendly spa was opened in Fonyód!

A huge, grassy area is available for dogs and owners. Trees provide cool shade. Stairs and ramps also lead to the water.

Fenced area with sluice entrance, so even dogs can enjoy their free time safely.

Courtesy of Friskies, shading tents have been placed on the beach, which provides both dog and owner protection from the hot sun.

Dog toilets, containers for storing dog excrement and poo bags placed on the latter help keep the beach clean.

Restrooms, a buffet, and the possibility to rent SUPs are also guaranteed for the owners.
